) : boolCopy a file from the local filesystem to the remote server using the SCP protocol.

An SSH connection link identifier, obtained from a call to ssh2_connect().

local_file -
Path to the local file.

remote_file -
Path to the remote file.

create_mode -
The file will be created with the mode specified by
create_mode.
返回值
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
